Written examination for typists on Sunday

KARUR: The Tamil Nadu Public Services Commission is conducting written examinations for the posts of steno and typists on Sunday, January 27, all over the State.

The examination would be conducted in two centres in Karur, Government Arts College, Thanthonrimalai, and Cheran Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Karur.

A total of 600 candidates are expected to take the examinations.

Flying squads will be pressed into service.

Candidates indulging in any sort of malpractice will be dealt with severely, a press release issued here by the District Revenue Officer and Principal Examination Coordinator Jawahar Shanthakumar says.

Special buses

Special buses will be operated for candidates to reach the examination centres.

Those who has applied and has not got the Hall Tickets for the examination could approach the relevant officials at the District Collectorate in person with a passport size photo to get the hall tickets, the release says.
