KOCHI: Maria Ann Mathew, last year’s CBSE topper from Rajagiri Public School, Kalamassery, has received a special invitation from the Union Ministry of Human Resources Development to witness this year’s Republic Day parade from the Prime Minister’s Box. She became eligible for the invitation on the basis of her performance in last year’s CBSE class XII examination, securing third rank in the Chennai region and second rank in the commerce group. — Staff Reporter
