Ravi shines
NEW DELHI: Ravi Rathore slotted in six goals while Sameer Chaudhary scored three as Cavalry Red defeated Cavalry-Sahgal Stud 10 goals to six-and-a-half in the league match of the Samaira Cup eight-goal polo tournament at the Army Equestrian Centre ground here on Thursday. Angad Singh was the other scorer for the Reds. For Cavalry-Sahgal Stud, J. S. Virk and Vishal Chauhan scored three goals each after it started with half-a-goal on handicap.
Kingfisher First beat APRC six goals to three-and-a-half with Simran Shergill scoring four goals. Adhiraj Singh and Abhimanyu Pathak were the other scorers for Kingfisher. For the APRC, which started with half-a-goal on handicap, Pandher struck three goals.
