Sharma and Santhosh Chandel of East Zone 25-1, 25-8. Earlier, Premkumar helped his Head Office team to regain the team title. In women’s section, M.V. Padma of South Zone beat Vrushali Jani of West Zone 25-10 in the last match of the seven-member round robin league for an all-win record (12 points) to defend the title. Vrushali Jani and Shasikala V. Rao finished second and third respectively with 8 points each. Other results: Men’s singles (semifinals): K. Premkumar bt M.
