R Systems completes Sento Europe acquisition

NEW DELHI: R Systems International, a provider of outsourced product develop- ment, and technical and customer support services, on Friday announced that it has completed the acquisition of Sento Europe BV of the Netherlands corporation and Sento S.A.S., a French corporation (collectively known as Sento Europe), from Sento Corporation of the U.S. The acquisition will help the company enhance its delivery model and service offerings. “The acquisition further enhances our global delivery capabilities, expands our customer base in high technology sector and gives us strategic footing in Europe," said Rekhi Singh, CEO, R Systems. Sento Europe provides a wide range of integrated technical support and customer care services through multiple channels in 18 European languages and 24 countries.
