World Reiki Day to be celebrated

CHENNAI: The Reiki Centre of India will celebrate World Reiki Day at Bala Mandir German Hall, T. Nagar, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sunday.

The function is being conducted to create awareness about the healing system.

The event will also pay tribute to the founder of Reiki, Mikao Usui.

The commemorative programme will include an interactive session with the public on Reiki, lectures on mass meditation and chakra for empowerment.

Entry is free for the programme, said a press release from the organisation.
