VIJAYAWADA: Baron Software defeated SNBTM (Repalle) XI by 197 runs in the GDCA ‘A’ division league at Guntur on Friday. A century (117) by Arjun of Baron Software was the highlight of the day.

The scores: Baron Software 294 in 39 overs (Arjun 117, R.P. Anil 59, Manzoor five for 48) bt SNBTM (Repalle) XI 97 in 23 overs (Saleem four for 18).

Khadir XI 173 in 35 overs (David 73, A. Jagadish 41) lost to GRCC 174 for eight in 34 overs (Giri 65).
