Seminar for excise officials

Kochi: Kerala State Excise, Ernakulam, will organise a seminar for excise officials on ‘modern methods in investigation and charge-sheeting of liquor and narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances cases’ on January 29 at the National University of Advanced Legal Studies.

R. Basant, judge of the Kerala High Court, will inaugurate the programme at 5.30 p.m.

Experts will present papers, says a press release.
