All set for a record

Bangalore: The traditional art of rangoli is all set to make a world record, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of 1,500 people from all over the State. The massive rangoli pattern being drawn by them at Palace Grounds is likely to enter the Guinness Book of World Records.

The event is organised by Suvarna Jyothi Trust. The completed rangoli will be open for people to view on Saturday, said the organisers. — Staff Reporter
