VIZIANAGARAM: Under the aegis of Andhra Pradesh Pachayat Raj Chamber, Mamidi Appala Naidu, its chairman, G. Raja Rao, convenor of District Sarpanches’ Association, M. Suryanarayana, general secretary of District MPTCs Association and other office-bearers on Saturday observed token fast at the RTC Complex here demanding transfer of administrative powers as per the73rd Constitution (amendment) to panchayats.
