YSR dares Opposition

SATHUPALLI (Khammam dist ): Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy dared the opposition parties to prove if any other state in the country implementing more welfare measures and development programmes than Andhra Pradesh.

Addressing a public meeting at Sathupalli after inaugurating the Jalagam Vengala Rao Park, he said he would not hesitate to send a delegation of representatives from the Opposition to all the States on this mission. If necessary, the delegation could take a team of press reporters as well along with it. The Chief Minister announced that the Rs 2 a kg rice scheme would be implemented in the State from Ugadi. All the white card holder families in the State would benefit from the programme.
