Kalam to attend international meet

KOCHI: A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, former President, will inaugurate the valedictory session of Ornamentals Kerala, an international seminar on ornamental fish breeding, farming and trade, on February 3. Fisheries Minister S. Sarma will preside. The event is being organised in connection with the International Aqua Show 2008 at the International Stadium, Kaloor, from February 1 to 5. Finance Minister T.M. Thomas Isaac will inaugurate a conference at 9.30 a.m. on February 2. An interactive session on the proposed aqua technology park will be held on February 2.
