Fitness centre opened

Learn to Alter Style of Life (LASA), a health and fitness centre was opened on the premises of Salaja Hospital in Prajasakti Nagar on Sunday.

Plastic and cosmetic surgeon Lakshmi Saleem said that the centre would provide counselling on weight and diet, physical exercise, general life style, hobbies and interests, spiritual preferences and future goals, besides providing treatment for health risks, diabetes, hypertension, stroke, cancer, AIDS and cosmetic surgery.
