The two-day Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) programme being organised by the Rotary Club of Vijayawada was concluded on Sunday. Personality development expert M.V. Rao, club president G.V. Mohan Prasad, chairman of the RYLA N. Eswar Prasad and others were present at the meeting.
