VIJAYAWADA: Tamil Nadu defeated Rajasthan 29-0, 29-2 while Karnataka outplayed Himachal Pradesh 29-0, 29-2 in the boys’ section of the 53rd junior National ball badminton championship for boys and girls held at Acharya Nagarjuna University campus on Sunday. In the girls’ section, Hyderabad defeated Orissa 29-8, 29-9. The results (league): Boys: MP bt J&K 29-14, 29-10, Karnataka bt HP 29-0, 29-2, Maharashtra bt Puducherry 29-12, 29-6, Chhattisgarh bt Manipur 29-15, 29-5, Hyderabad bt CPESCB 29-12, 29-5, Tamil Nadu bt Rajasthan 29-0, 29-2. Girls: Hyderabad bt Orissa 29-8, 29-9, CPESCB bt Rajasthan 29-12, 29-3.
