Licences handed over to beneficiaries

VANIYAMBADI: Vaniyambadi Municipal chairman V. Sivaji Ganesan handed over free four-wheeler licence to 17 beneficiaries under the “Swarna Jaynathi” scheme at a function here on Monday. Licenses had been issued to beneficiaries who came under Below the Poverty Line (BPL). They were given free three months’ training prior to this. The Chairman also handed over certificates to women who had completed their free tailoring course. — Staff Reporter
