Moga: Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Monday visited Dhudike in this district and paid floral tributes at the statue of Punjab Kesari Lala Lajpat Rai at Lalaji’s memorial. The Chief Minister also visited martyrs gallery at the memorial. The heritage in Punjab is based on the martyrdom and sacrifices made by many brave Punjabis during the freedom struggle and later while defending the frontiers of the country, he said. He said that even Gurus attained martyrdom for the sake of humanity.
