Ludhiana: Sessions Judge G. K. Rai on Monday allowed former Punjab Chief Minister Amarinder Singh to visit Dubai for two weeks. Capt. Singh, who is one of the main accused in the Ludhiana City Centre (LCC) case had submitted that he wanted to visit Dubai to see the prospects of investment in the Real Estate there. Seeking permission, the former Chief Minister stated that earlier also he had gone to Dubai for the same purpose but his duration was only for a few days. During the arguments, the Vigilance Bureau and Public Prosecutor Mitter Sain Goyal strongly opposed the grant of permission to visit Dubai.
