Srinagar: A Hizbul Mujahideen militant was arrested in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir, a police spokesman said on Monday. The militant was arrested by police from Onpora village of Zainapora in Southern Shopian, he said. However, the spokesman did not divulge the name of the arrested militant. Meanwhile, police have launched a search operation to nab a group of militants who severely beat up a civilian in Rajouri district of Jammu region in the wee hours on Monday.
