Retrenchment ruled out in APSRTC

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Transport Minister Kanna Lakshminarayana on Tuesday assured the staff and workers of the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation that not a single person from among them would be retrenched.

After giving away the best HSD KMPL (high speed diesel km per litre) awards to drivers and mechanics, he asked them not to be carried away by false propaganda.

Preserve the fuel

At a function marking the Oil & Gas Conservation Fortnight, the Minister said that every person should remember that petroleum resources were not infinite and save the precious fuel.
