Rane calls on Sonia

NEW DELHI: Maharashtra Revenue Minister Narayan Rane on Monday called on Congress president Sonia Gandhi. This is his second meeting with the party chief this month. Mr. Rane described the meeting that lasted about 20 minutes as a “courtesy call” after Ms. Gandhi’s recent illness. He also met AICC general secretary in charge of Maharashtra Margaret Alva.
