SAIL to supply equipment to HEC

CHENNAI: Steel Authority of India (SAIL) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Heavy Engineering Corporation for supply of equipment, such as torpedo ladle cars, transfer cars, cranes and others for its ongoing modernisation and expansion programme. The MoU will enable SAIL in achieving security of critical equipment and spares during the growth plan period at competitive prices, says a release. — Corporate Reporter
