Joby shines in Cosmos win

THIRUVALLA: Joby Philip scored twice as Cosmos (Kottayam) thrashed Malabar Football Academy (Kozhikode) 4-1 in a first round match of the 32nd Kerala State inter-club football championship at the Public Stadium here on Wednesday evening.

V. Sujith and Nizaruddin scored the other goals for Cosmos while Rahamatullah netted Malabar FA’s consolation goal. – Principal Correspondent
