Man arrested

The city police on Tuesday arrested A. Durairaj (35) of Alanganallur in connection with the death of a nurse. According to a police press release, the deceased was working as a resident nurse where Durairaj was a driver.

S. Karpagavalli (18) was found hanging in the bathroom of a house in TVS Nagar on Sunday. The Communist Party of India (Marxist) sought a probe into the death.
