Militant hideouts unearthed in Jamu and Kashmir

Jammu: Security forces have unearthed two militant hideouts in Reasi and Doda districts of Jammu and Kashmir since Wednesday and recovered a huge cache of arms from them.

Security forces busted a hideout in Chalad area of Reasi district and recovered 324 rounds of AK rifle, 247 rounds of self-loading rifle and one transmitter on Wednesday evening, police said. No one was arrested in this connection.

On a tip-off, Rashtriya Rifles troops launched a search operation in Guha village in Doda district and found a hideout, they said. — PTI
