APHB earns Rs. 4.8 crore from Kukatpally auctions

HYDERABAD: The A.P. Housing Board (APHB) has earned Rs. 4.8 crore from public auction of 11 plots located in the 15th phase of the Kukatpally Housing Board colony on Thursday.

An official spokesman said that 15 parties had participated in the auction and the highest amount quoted was Rs.30, 000 per square yard and the lowest Rs. 25,600 per square yard while the upset price set by the APHB was Rs. 25,000.

The board put off auction of plots in Visakhapatnam and Raydurg in Gachibowli. The next date for these areas would be announced later date, he added.
