Arthritis Federation of India plans a ‘walk meeting’ with orthopaedic surgeons tomorrow
Bangalore: Arthritis Foundation of India (AFI) has launched a “walk”, an initiative to generate awareness and support individuals suffering from arthritis. A “walk meeting” will be held on Sunday to enable people suffering from arthritis interact with orthopaedic specialists. This meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m. at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences Convention Centre.
AFI chairman Sushil Sharma said the objective of the initiative was to spread knowledge about arthritis and its treatment options (both surgical and non-surgical) to sufferers and their families. For information, call 1800-222882.
