BHUBANESWAR: The Orissa police in coordination with a team of Uttar Pradesh police on Friday reportedly nabbed one Prabodh Khetri, one of the accomplices of dreaded gangster Brijesh Singh, who was arrested by the Delhi police here recently.

Khetri’s arrest was expected to provide a lot of leads about Singh’s clandestine business, which was claimed to be rapidly thriving in Orissa. Preliminary investigation claimed Khetri was a business partner in the Bindhyanchal Real Estate Developers and Properties Private Limited, operated by the mafia don.

Khetri, who also belonged to Uttar Pradesh and had a base in Rourkela, was said to be nabbed from Airfield area of the city.

“We have seized several debit cards. Several documents pertaining to real estate trade, which was under supervision of Khetri,” a top police official said.
