Moving with the times, TRINITY BUILDERS also have launched villa projects. Their mega villa project called The Garden is coming up at Aluva along the Desom-Kalady Road close to the NH 47. The Garden will have 43 villas in a sprawling area of 8 acres of which around three acres will be dedicated as landscaped open area for the common amenities. The project is expected to be handed over by March 2009. "The villas are more often owned by a different class of customers. And, a s of now, only the affluent class can afford to have one. The villa clients also are those who prefer an independent way of life with a feel of earth around", says Sajith of Trinity Builders. HARITHA GARDENS, promoted by Pallickamalil Builders and Pallickamalil Plantations Pvt. Ltd and headed by Tom Nicholson, is a 60-villa project coming up at Arakkunnam on the outskirts of Kochi. Haritha Gardens is a dream project for Nicholson as he brings in his international experience and quality standards to the first exclusive group housing project in Kerala. Located at a scenic village the project is 19 km away from Vyttila junction, 35 km from the Cochin International Airport and 5 km from Mulanthuruthy Railway Station. The villas are spaced out on an expanse of 10 acres of virgin land on a hillside and have an excellent social infrastructure around it. The Smart City which will redefine the industrial landscape of Kerala is just 15 km from Haritha Gardens. The vast expanse of land at Haritha Gardens affords you privacy and each villa will be built on a plot of 10 to 15 cents. Children’s play area, pet animal farm, meditation point, 5 meter tarred road with international standards, 24-hour security, compound wall for each villa, guest house, health club, club house, swimming pool, jogging track, waste re-cycling plant, fully landscaped common area, super market, broadband connection, medicinal plants gardens with Neem tree for each villa, vegetable garden for each villa, car parking area and car washing area are some of the salient features of Haritha Gardens. OPULENCE BUILDERS & DEVELOPERS at Thodupuzha is the region’s premier builder of quality and affordable luxury homes. River Gate is the prestigious landmark villa project from Opulence and is the gate to your dream of having a river side living. Located by the banks of the prestigious and historical river, Opulence River Gate is the first gated community in Thodupuzha with ultra modern features with extended privacy and safety for the residents. River gate is also an eco friendly project having river view from all its villas, says Mr. P. Venu, Director. It is also an NRI friendly project since the entire development of the project is being timely intimated to our NRI investors adds Mr. Eldo Abraham, Project Director of River Gate. Our next Villa project called PALM GARDENS at Panangad, Kochi will be soon announced followed by a nature friendly villa project at Vagamon, he said. CORAL GROUP is a prestigious real estate developer based in Bangalore and they have a number of villa projects in Kochi. Coral Olympus at Maradu comprise 4/5 bedroom luxury villas on 5-8 cents. The best part of this project is that it is located in a prime location, very close to Le-Meridien Hotel and is just half km away from NH 47. Each villa in this project is designed differently keeping in mind all basic necessities. The roads of this villa are all made of interlocking tiles. Each villa has a landscaped garden and a separate servant toilet with separate entrance for the servants. The common amenities include children’s play area, swimming pool and club house. The villas have terrace upstairs on the first floor to provide very comfortable and private living areas. Coral City is yet another prestigious villa venture of Coral Group. Situated at Thottumugham near Aluva, Coral City will have both luxury flats and standard villas on 6 acres and is close to all important landmarks, bus terminal, railway station and airport. Coral Group has taken extreme care in providing Coral city with every kind of amenity necessary to ensure a complete lifestyle. Mathew of ACE HOMES also observes that the response to the villas is high when compared to apartment projects. Ace has completed a number of projects in Kochi and all their projects are centred within the city. With nearly two decades of experience in the civil construction scenario, Ace Homes currently has two ongoing villa projects. The one at Kaloor has 10 villas spread over an acre of land and the second one at SRM Road has 6 villas is getting streamlined in 35 cents of land. "We provide dwellings in the heart of Kochi at an affordable price and the dwellers will not have to travel for hours to reach their homes as all our projects are located at most convenient places in the city", reiterates Mathew. Having tasted success in catering business, Vinayaka has forayed into housing too in a big way. After successfully completing several villa projects, they have launched yet another villa project at Eroor Main Road close to both Vyttila and Tripunithura. Named Palace Orchards, the project has 17 villas. "This is our sixth project and it’s also going to be designed as per Vastu and traditional designs", reveals Sankar of VINAYAKA HOMES. According to them, unlike many such projects, Palace Orchards will have a common natural pond paved with granite stones and surrounded by medicinal plants and herbs and all the villas will also have an attic area and backyard space too. Palace Orchards will have 3 and 4 bedroom villas and is expected to be completed by June 2009.
