GENTLE TOUCH: Raghaveshwara Bharati Swami of Sri Ramachandrapura Math at the launch of the cattle protection project in Gulbarga on Friday. GULBARGA: A project to protect and improve indigenous cattle breeds was launched at the Swamy Samarth temple complex near here on Friday. The project will cover at least 10 species of Indian cattle from different regions of the State and neighbouring States. A cattle shed, named after Swamy Samarth, believed to be a reincarnation of Shirdi Sai Baba, was inaugurated by the former Animal Husbandry Minister Revu Naik Belamagi. Raghaveshwara Bharati Swami of Sri Ramachandrapura Math was present.
