Police foil plan of runaways

Staff Reporter

BANGALORE: Swift action by the police helped trace three runaway students of Vasavi School in J.P. Nagar on Friday. The boys were spotted at the railway station while they were boarding a train to Mysore. The police said the standard IX students had a grouse against a teacher and wanted to teach her a lesson.

They disappeared from the classroom just before the end of the school hours. The teacher, who got inkling about the boys’ plans to go to Mysore, informed the police.
