GULBARGA: The Lokayukta police continued their raids on the houses of relatives of the 10 officials whose premises were raided two days ago. Official sources said here on Saturday that the Lokayukta police raided the house of a relative of the Commissioner, Social Welfare Department, Baburao Mudabi, in Gulbarga city. They recovered incriminating documents pertaining to some immovable properties. Sources said that the sleuths raided the residence of Tuljaram, who was working as Surveyor in the office of the Additional Director of Land Survey and Records, on Friday evening and the raids were completed late in the night. However, the Lokayukta police refused to divulge details regarding the documents seized from Mr. Tuljaram’s house. A senior Lokayukta official said, “The case is still in the investigation stage. All the documents seized during the raid are being studied first.” They did not recover any gold or cash from the house.
