Bangaru allays fear of persecution

Staff Reporter

Sangareddy: Bharatiya Janata Party former national president Bangaru Laxman called upon the people from Coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema living in Telangana to strive for the development of the region.

Mr. Laxman was addressing a meeting at Rudraram in Patancheru mandal on Saturday after launching Telangana Kranthi and Santakala Sankranti signature campaign in Patancheru Assembly segment. Brushing aside fear of persecution after the formation of a new state, he said that everyone would have a chance to start or continue their businesses in Telangana. “If people from all parts of India could come and settle here, why not the other Telugu people?” he questioned.
