CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government will spend Rs.97.75 crore for the development of 195 villages under the “Mukhyamantri Anusuchit Jaati Gram Uthan avam Malin Basti Vikas Yojana” formulated for socio-economic upliftment of people belonging to Scheduled Castes (SCs) during the next financial year, Haryana Chief Parliamentary Secretary Dharambir Singh said here on Sunday. He further disclosed that under this scheme, Rs.50 lakh per village would be spent on speedy developmental works in the next two years in the 391 villages of the State having more than 50 per cent SCs population.
