BPCL transporters call off strike

The transporters handling the products of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited on Sunday called off their strike following talks with civil supplies officials and BPCL management.

A section of transporters went on strike over finalisation of new transport contract. A BPCL official said the issues had been resolved amicably and the transporters agreed to cooperate for smooth distribution of petroleum products.
