No sealing now, says Sheila

NEW DELHI: Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit on Sunday said as per the directions of the Centre and in consonance with the Act passed by Parliament, no property should be sealed in Delhi now.

According to the orders issued by the Union Urban Development Ministry this past week, Ms. Dikshit said the local bodies had been directed to de-seal properties and to maintain status quo in respect of all encroachment and unauthorised developments in respect of unauthorised colonies, village abadi area and its extension.
