K. Karunakaran to inaugurate

Thiruvananthapuram: The Radiodiagnosis and Imaging Complex of the Azeezia Medical College, Meeyannoor, Kollam, will be inaugurated by K. Karunakaran on February 6. M. Abdul Azeez, chairman of the Podikunju Musaliar Memorial Charitable and Educational Trust which manages the college, said here on Monday that admissions to the MBBS course would commence this year. A 300-bed hospital with all the departments and 45 doctors had started functioning. A round-the-clock casualty, ambulance services and bio-chemistry and microbiology laboratories had also started functioning. — Special Correspondent
