Reliance Infratel files prospectus with SEBI

NEW DELHI: Anil Ambani owned Reliance Infratel has filed the red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the market. The company proposes to offer 8.91 crore equity shares of Rs. 5 each for cash at a premium, which would be decided through the 100 per cent book building process. The issue proceeds would be utilised to fund development of passive infrastructure sites and for general corporate purposes. — Special Correspondent
