Varanasi: One person was killed and four others, including a woman were injured after a gas cylinder used for filling balloons exploded in Konia area here, police said on Monday. The incident occurred last evening when a balloon seller Swaran Kumar was carrying the cylinder on a hand-pulled trolley and it exploded, killing one, police said. The cause of the explosion was yet to be ascertained, officials said, adding that of the four injured two were young boys.
