Jammu: A government employee was arrested from Doda district here on charges of cheating unemployed youths by issuing fake appointment orders to them, police said on Monday. Haji Abdul Salam, who worked as a field assistant in Agriculture Department at Anantnag, was arrested along with fake appointment orders for which he had charged money from the unemployed youths, officials said.
