Major reshuffle

Shimla: In a major reshuffle, the Himachal Pradesh Government has transferred 29 bureaucrats in the State.

Parminder Hira Mathur, Additional Chief Secretary Industries will hold additional charge of Cooperation, Labour and Employment while Avay Shukla, Additional Chief Secretary Transport will hold additional charge of Financial Commissioner (Appeals).

J.P. Negi, Additional Chief Secretary Horticulture will hold additional charge of Urban development and Town and Country Planning while Harinder Hira, Principal Secretary Health and Family Welfare has transferred as Principal Secretary Environment and Scientific Technologies.

Ashok Thakur, Principal Secretary Forests and Youth Services and Sports will hold additional charge of Transport and Tribal development and Subhash C. Negi, Principal Secretary Public Works Department will hold the charge of Industries.

T.G. Negi, Principal Secretary Information will hold additional charge of Youth Services and Sports while Deepak Sanan, Principal Secretary has been given the charge of Health and Family Planning and Ayurveda.

Ajay Mittal, Principal Secretary Multi Purpose Projects and Power will hold additional charge of Public Works Department.

P.C. Kapoor, Principal Secretary Printing and Stationary will hold additional charge of Home and Vigilance while Desh Deepak, Secretary Lokayukta and Human Right Commission has been posted as Managing Director of State financial corporation.

Tarun Kapoor, Member administration State Power Board has been transferred as Managing Director of State Power Corporation while Tarun Sridhar, Secretary Town and Country Planning will hold the charge of Secretary Animal Husbandary and Fisheries.

Narinder Chauhan, Secretary Ayurveda has been given the charge of Irrigation and Public Health and Srikant Baldi, Managing Director of State Power Corporation has been posted as Secretary Rural development and Panchayati Raj.

J.R. Gazeta, Former Secretary Vidhan Sabha has been posted as Managing Director State Backward Classes Finance and Development Corporation.

Ajay Bhandari, Managing Director State Financial Corporation has been posted as Managing Director State Civil Supply Corporation and will also hold the charge of Chief Executive Officer Himurja while B.S. Nanta, Managing Director State Civil Supply Corporation has been posted as Secretary Lokayukta and Human Rights Commission. --PTI
