Rectify irregularities in land deal: RSP

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State committee of the Revolutionary Socialist Party (RSP) has asked the Government to rectify irregularities in the transfer of HMT land.

In a statement here on Monday, the RSP committee said land allotted to public sector units which were not being utilised for the purpose for which they were allotted should be taken back and vested with the government. The committee elected 14 members to the party State secretariat and left one position to be filled by State secretary V.P. Ramakrishna Pillai. Those elected to the secretariat are K. Pankajakshan; V.P. Ramakrishna Pillai; T. J. Chandrachoodan; A.A. Aziz; N.K. Premachandran; K. Sankaran Nair; P.K. Divakaran; Ambalathara Sreedharan Nair; K.S. Venugopal; S. Sathyapalan; Philip K. Thomas; D. Sasidharan; K.K. Neelambaran; and Thomas Joseph.
