Vaccination of poultry birds

BERHAMPUR: Vaccination of poultry birds for Ranikhet disease was started by veterinary officials in Ganjam district as precautionary measure to check infection of bird flu in the area. On Monday owners of poultry farms of the district met the chief district veterinary officer to discuss about possible measures to curb possibilities of bird flu in the area. There are 158 broiler and 22 layer chicken farms in Ganjam district.
