Free medical camp

A free medical camp was conducted for conservancy workers at P & T Colony on Saturday by Dr. Ambedkar Cultural Academy, Madurai Jesuits Downtrodden People Welfare Trust and Madurai branch of Indian Medical Association.

A team of doctors lead by Dorothy and Ravindran screened patients. Medicines were also given away free of cost. Rev. Antony Raj, chairman of the trust, presided.

More than 460 persons took part in the camp, a press release said.
