NEW DELHI: Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways T. R. Baalu has approved a sum of Rs.56.73 crore for land acquisition for the construction of Kodungalloor bypass on NH 17 from km. 401/000 to km. 404/750 in Kerala. Bypass starts from Chandapura on North side and ends at straight approaches of existing Kottappuram Bridge in the new alignment on Southern side. — Special Correspondent
