Ramadoss urged not to create hurdles to Sethu project

Special Correspondent

CHENNAI: Dravidar Kazhagam president K. Veeramani has appealed to Pattali Makkal Katchi founder S. Ramadoss not to create new hurdles to the already delayed Sethusamudram Ship Channel Project by suggesting that an alternative route be taken without disturbing the Adams Bridge route.

“It is shocking that Dr. Ramadoss went back on his earlier stand. We do not know the exact reasons, whether it is political or non-political, for his changed perceptions with regard to the issue of alignment,” Mr. Veeramani said.
