This Day That Age
The funeral took place on February 4 at Barkingside, Essex, near London of a 54-year-old doctor from India, Dr. A. Chaudhuri, who died of a heart attack on January 31. He “was known as the kind doctor, the doctor who was regarded locally as a kind of God,” said the London evening newspaper Star . He had a special affection for children.
