JIPMER employees thank Jayalalithaa

CHENNAI: A delegation of JIPMER employees met former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa here recently and thanked her for having successfully resisted the proposal to convert the hospital into an autonomous body.

An AIADMK release said the JIPMER employees retained their Central Government staff status.
