Jamshedpur: At a time when all the political parties are criticising MNS chief Raj Thackeray for his remarks on Chchat festival and on North Indians, Jharkhand Disom Party (JDP) here on Wednesday took out a procession in support of Mr. Thackeray. Led by its chairman, Salkhan Murmu hundreds of JDP activists, including women took out a procession in support of Mr. Thackeray and later put up road blockade on Tata-Chaibasa road crossing . Talking to newsmen, Mr. Murmu said “JDP extend its support to the Maharashtrian sentiment of Raj Thackeray but did not support any kind of violence”.
