Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh Police have launched a month-long campaign against anti-social elements across the state. Director General of Police Ashwani Kumar, in a letter to all district Superintendents of Police, has asked to keep an eye on anti-social elements and prepare a list of persons who often indulge in crime. He said strict action should be taken against those who had been indulging in eve teasing, Mr. Kumar said.
